I joined Montana & Welch in 2017. My practice covers all aspects of local government law. I represent local governmental entities in matters related to real estate, land use, tax increment financing, economic development, code enforcement, liquor license regulation, and ordinance preparation. I have experience with various property tax matters including Cook County’s No Cash Bid Program, tax deed acquisitions, resolution of tax delinquencies, and tax exemptions. I also have experience representing municipalities in both state court and administrative adjudication.
